Indigo Play Therapy
Indigo Play Therapy believes in the power of play to help children express themselves, heal and grow. Play Therapy offers children a mode of communication that is not reliant on talk alone.
It enables children to express themselves either consciously or unconsiously through a variety of resources in a safe, nurturing and non-judgemental space within a trusting relationship.

Play Therapy Sessions
If you feel that Play Therapy may be right for your child, the first step is to schedule a meeting to explore further. You will share the issues currently being experienced and explore the possible reasons. If you decide to proceed, a number of sessions will be decided upon and periodic reviews planned. Sessions take place in a garden studio with plenty of parking available on site. Sessions usually last 40 to 45 minutes.
